And you forgot to show how the black and grey smaller ring rubber washers are assembled , you plonker,,I,ve had this damn thing over two years and I,ve never worked out how to insert properly the two washers and nothing about how to put it on correctly,, does the black go against the other black washer or does it go to the opposite,,either way the water continues to run out from the sides no matter what way I arrange it,,and what to you do, you show us how to put it on the tap,, are you on crack or something else,,

This is the best tool I've ever owned. First day alone it saved my over $5,000 in tree surgery. It was an impulse by at BJ's. What sucked me in was the picture of a lady snipping a branch way above her head. Well guess what the aluminum extending snippers are light, strong, durable....and unbelievably useful!!!

I have a Mira Advance ATL and the instructions to commissioning are conflicting. When it was installed there wasn’t a double-pole switch fitted just a power switch outside of the bathroom. It still works mind you but the step by step commissioning is conflicting. Should I be concerned?

I want to cry for all the unnecessary work we've done in the past. With this tool, we removed tile surrounding a fireplace, as well as the hearth tile, set in loads of cement, in less than an hour. I highly recommend this tool. It was easy to use, and very satisfying watching the tile literally fall off the wall.

Seems like a useless feature with the variable speed trigger, but if you don't have steady hands, maybe it'll save you some bandaids or damaged material. Recomended buy for almost anyone!

Noticed the handle not seated correctly on the largest chisel. Have seen this even with the Stanley fat max. Modern day manufacturing, that chisel handle would bug me.

The quality of our Hozelock hose is very poor and kinks too easily, often stopping the water flow out. I wish I 'd bought a better stronger quality hose that doesn't do this. Think carefully buyers!
